To express our feelings and emotions through photography is not only an art but also a science. One has to be both talented and intelligent enough to use the techniques of photography at appropriate states. To master the scientific part of the medium one has to be first a good observer.
The scientific aspects of photography can be both awesome and fascinating. So that for some photographer's photography comes to be just that: a scientific process that they attempt to master over their lifetime, their experiences and experiments. The process of Photography has become faster and at the same time more challenging. However, to achieve mastery in photography all these technical and scientific aspects along with feel, emotions, personal experiments and experiences should be involved.

The admission of the candidate to the institute for a particular course is carried out with certain guidelines. The seats for the course are limited and hence the admission is on a first-come first-served basis followed by assessment on his/her portfolio, knowledge about the subjects / course applied, passion to pursue a career in this field and personal interview. The minimum age for a candidate to apply is 18 years and the minimum qualification required is standard 12th pass or an equivalent degree/diploma in any subject from any recognized college/ board/ university.
The institute may consider a relaxation in the minimum age and qualification of the candidate if he/ she proves to have strong dedication, extra ordinary talent and desires to pursue a professional career in this field.

a) Two recent passport-size photographs in colour.
b) A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.1000/- by way of Demand Draft favoring Creative Hut, payable at Ahmedabad.

After a close assessment through the portfolios, the selected candidates will be called for a final settlement of admission and submission of the fees. There after the admission will be confirmed.
Note:
The transfer / change in the course applied and once admitted will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Once a candidate is admitted for a particular course, no portion of the fees will be refunded under any circumstances.
The course content, format, rules and regulations is subject to change without any prior notice.

(*will be returned on the conclusion of our final audit within six months of completion of the course after deductions of dues)
SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
Before July 25th 2011 Rs. 35,000/- (Fees + Security Deposit)
Before 20th December, 2011 Rs. 35,000/-
Foreign Students should pay Full Amount in Advance
(Delayed payment will attract a penalty of Rs. 500 /- per day, up to December 31st 2011. Thereafter, the offer of admission will stand canceled)
Additional Expenses:
a) Personal equipments as specified by the Institute and necessary during the course.
b) Personal equipment maintenance / repairs / insurance / books /stationeries etc....
c) Personal expenses on accommodation and food.
d) Expenses for travel, transport and stay during out of station shoots, photo walk, photo camps and tours, etc…
e) Expenses involved while working on projects/assignments.
Once the registration fee, confirmation fees, full fees are paid, no refund will be made in any circumstances. For violating the rules and regulations of the institute by any student, the management can call off his/her admission at any stage. In such case also, no portion of fees will be refunded.
