DAY 1
Arrive JKIA Nairobi, meet & greet your driver-cum-game tracker, drive northwards crossing the ‘centre of the earth’ – THE EQUATOR. Arrive at SERENA MOUNTAIN LODGE in time for lunch. Relax watching the various wildlife arrive through dense rainforest at Serena’s ‘watering hole’ – see them CLOSE UP through an underground tunnel opening at the foot of the watering hole. Dinner & overnight at Mountain Lodge. (L & D)

DAY 2
After breakfast, drive further north to Samburu National Park – LEOPARD COUNTRY! Arrive at SAMBURU SOPA LODGE by lunchtime. Relax before your afternoon GAME DRIVE visiting Samburu’s dry bush lands – total contrast from day 1. Here you can quite likely see leopards on trees hiding with their changing spots camouflaging their presence. Return to Sopa Lodge for dinner & overnight stay. (B, L, D)

DAY 3
After breakfast, drive down back into dense rainforest terrain of Aberdare National Park. Arrive at THE ARK LODGE – this lodge built in the shape of Noah’s Ark with excellent game viewing balconies. The main difference being the animals don’t live in the ark – humans do! Dinner & overnight at The Ark. (B, L, D)

DAY 4
After breakfast, drive through to Aberdares across into the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Naivasha by lunchtime at NAIVASHA SOPA LODGE. After lunch, drive to LAKE NAKURU – HOME TO THE WORLDS LARGEST POPULATION OF PINK FLAMINGOES, enjoy your game drive visiting the flamingos, resident lions & black rhino sanctuary. Return to Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner & overnight stay. (B, L, D)

DAY 5
After breakfast, drive to MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE – dubbed as “the worlds’ largest wildlife conservancy”. Arrive at MARA SOPA LODGE in time for lunch. Relax before your afternoon game drive in Mara returning to Mara Sopa Lodge for dinner & overnight stay. (B, L, D)

DAY 6
Full day in MARA exploring the home to the Big 5 – Lion, Elephant, Cheetah, Leopard & Wild Buffalo. Very good chances of actually seeing a ‘lion kill’. Return to Mara Sopa Lodge for meals & overnight stay. (B, L, D)

DAY 7
After breakfast, drive along the Great Rift Valley to Nairobi. Check-in at SAFARI PARK HOTEL for overnight stay. (B)

DAY 8
After breakfast, check-out for a Day Trip to DAPHNE SHELDRIKS ELEPHANT ORPHANAGE & GIRAFFE MANOR before transferring to JKIA for your flight back home. (B)
