Culture has been described as “an whole society’s way of existence.” Culture has significant social and economic worth in addition to its inherent value. Culture improves our quality of life and raises general well-being for both individuals and communities through improving learning and health, increasing tolerance, and providing opportunities to connect with others.
There are religious and secular festivals, as well as festivals dedicated to specific religions and places of worship. activation and inspiration of creative behavior’s, development of artistic expression and creativity, and expansion of the offer of extracurricular forms of cultural education for children and youth The aesthetic, social, symbolic, spiritual, and educational value of culture was evaluated by disaggregating it into five components.
