Job Vacancy: Udumalpet Branch

Business hours: 9 AM to 9 PM ( 2 Tea breaks and 1 hour lunch break)

Job Description:

Position 1:

Fresher (Photographer, Image Editor, and Video editor)

Salary: ₹7000 (including Accommodation)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Photography:

1. Assist in photo shoots for various events, products, and clients.
2. Set up lighting, backgrounds, and camera equipment.
3. Capture high-quality images as per project requirements.

Image Editing:

1. Edit photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
2. Color correction, retouching, background removal, and enhancement of images.
3. Organize and manage image files for easy retrieval.

Video Editing:

1. Edit raw video footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
2. Add effects, music, transitions, and text overlays.
3. Export final videos in appropriate formats for clients and social media.

Other Duties:

1. Assist with equipment maintenance and organization.
2. Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
3. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

Position 2:

Studio Photographer  (or) Photographer cum Image Editor

Salary:

Studio Photographer – ₹12000 to ₹15000 (including Accommodation)

Photographer cum Image Editor – ₹16000 – ₹18000 (including Accommodation)

Note: For outdoor projects, additional allowances will be paid, subject to the size of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Photography:

1. Capture high-quality photographs in a studio setting (portraits, products, model shoots, etc.)
2. Set up studio lighting, camera angles, backdrops, and props for desired aesthetics
3. Collaborate with clients or creative team to understand the shoot style requirements
4. Maintain and operate photography equipment, ensuring it’s in good working condition

Image Editing:

1. Edit and retouch photographs using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software
2. Perform tasks such as color correction, background clean-up/replacement, blemish removal, and image enhancement
3. Prepare final images for various platforms (print, web, social media) ensuring optimal resolution and format
4. Organize and archive photo files systematically for easy retrieval

Studio Maintenance & Client Interaction:

1. Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for shoots
2. Manage scheduling of shoots and ensure timely execution
3. Interact professionally with clients, models, and team members during sessions

Position 3:

Video Editor

Salary:

₹16000 – ₹18000 (including Accommodation)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

1. Edit raw footage into polished videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
2. Trim, cut, arrange, and sync video clips to maintain flow and storytelling
3. Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, text overlays, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement
4. Ensure proper color correction, audio balancing, and visual consistency across videos

Creative Collaboration:

1. Work closely with the project head, and clients to understand project goals and creative style
2. Provide input on shot selection, pacing, and visual style
3. Suggest creative ideas and improvements for storytelling and visual impact

Post-Production Management:

1. Export and deliver final video files in required formats and resolutions for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, websites, etc.)
2. Organize and archive video assets, raw footage, and project files
3. Maintain backup of all projects and manage media storage

Technical and Quality Control:

1. Ensure high-quality output that meets platform specifications and brand standards
2. Stay updated with new editing techniques, tools, and industry trends
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and audio formats, encoding, and playback
