Photography allows me to create image of special events, times and places. It lets you record the specific of an event and it also allows you to share that event with friends and family long after it’s done and gone.
With the debut of Eastman Kodak’s “Kodachrome” film in the 1930s, colour photography became more popular and accessible. Previously, practically all photographs were monochromatic, but a few photographers who straddled the line between chemists and alchemists had been using specialised techniques to obtain colour images for decades. If you haven’t seen them yet, there are some intriguing galleries of full-color images from the 1800s and early 1900s that are worth checking out.
The portfolio is a book that documents much of my adversity, with a story in each page. When everything was added to the story, it was given the name Void. I chose the name as a result of a series of events in my life.
There are nine chapters in total. Brechung, Metaphysical, Creative, Movimento, Landschaft, Tireweld, Photogaster, Slide, Illiterech. Because I adore capturing the many facial emotions, I shot the most of it as a portrait.
