Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Design visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and advertisements.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Using Observation skills Capture moments photos/videos of school events
Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest growth improvements.
Collaborate with management to ensure consistent brand identity.
Handle basic photo and video editing for marketing content.
Respond to comments, messages, and maintain online engagement.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
Excellent understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Creative storytelling and copywriting ability.
Good communication and time management skills.
Photography/videography skills are an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Media, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and design.
Proven portfolio or sample work showcasing creativity and results.
