During the early stages of human life, hunger has been the biggest threat. So, to eat the humans found the leaves, vegetables, and ate everything which kept them alive. The vegetables and natural foods began to keep them healthy, and this was also carried over many generations. When humans started killing animals for the protection of their lives, they also hunted for food. They started to eat the meat of the animals. The invention of fire changed the entire way of living. They used fire to keep themselves safe from predators and to cook food. Then, they changed the way they consumed food. They started to cook the natural food and also the meat before eating. This was developed, and the importance of food was known. Every generation of the ancient period lived healthily without giving importance to taste. This is the main reason for having a longer life span. In ancient days, natural food was been the main source of food.
